What’s something that’s just not worth the effort?

Last month while surfing Facebook I saw a post posing the question: What’s something that’s just not worth the effort?

Some of the answers from the post were funny and some of them deep. Ranging from wasting your time returning a Doritos bag to Target to learning to say no.

This may not seem like a personal development question but if you think hard enough about it, the question can bring up a lot of things about ones life to explore.

Las month I explored my personality Open The Gates For Personal Development As A MomMe By Using Enneagrams and I think by using that information and exploring this question at a deeper level I could learn a lot about myself.

The one I agreed with most that is something my husband struggles with is Road Rage. I get upset if someone cuts me off and that is normal, but sometimes he gets mad cuz someone cuts someone else off! I mean I understand empathy for someone else, but that’s kind of silly right?

It’s funny though about road rage. It doesn’t seem silly when you’re in the middle of it but watching it from the outside its such a funny thing!

So tell me. What’s something that’s just not worth the effort?

I’m Patty Gordon, a 40+ year old school lunch lady married to a crane mechanic. Our days are anything but normal as he works “construction worker hours” and I take care of our two elementary school aged kids, Chihuahua Mr Biggs, Pitbull Cali, and French Bulldog MooMoo. I blogged a few years ago under different names but have landed with the 365MomMe.com name this time around. The term 365MomMe comes from the idea that I’m a mom and I’m me 365 days a year. Kids call me Mommy but I see myself as MomMe.
