If someone randomly asked you if you were happy — what would you say?

I was thinking about this today when I read about a tv star spending time with their parent who is in his 90s. My grandma is in her late 90s and I want to ask her if she was happy. Right now she’s battling with an injury and I know it’s making life difficult but overall was she happy?

Don’t forget… think about the answer to the question and if the answer is no then do something immediately to change the answer.

Life is too short to be anything except happy.
