Where does confidence come from?

Confidence is a positive belief that in the future one can generally accomplish what one wishes to do.

Where does the feeling come from? Lately my kids have been going through changes in life and their confidence in certain areas of life surges and then shrinks. It’s something I wish I could fix for them…

So the question of the day is:

Where does confidence come from?

I’m Patty Gordon, a 40+ year old school lunch lady married to a crane mechanic.
