Systems malfunction

Running is now into my daily life system some days are better than others but the miles I’ve gained so far this week mean I’ll pas 1,000 career miles by next week!

If you’re having trouble changing your habits, the problem isn’t you. The problem is your system.

Last year in September I read the book. It was a great read about the little habits in our lives and how the little things add up to big changes in our lives.

My biggest fear right now is that I know that systems malfunction. I’m doing so great kickstarting my fitness that I’m worried I might not be able to sustain it!

To this I have decided to make more little changes than big changes to get myself through it.

What little changes are you making to your system to make it work better for you?

I’m Patty Gordon, a 40+ year old school lunch lady married to a crane mechanic. Our days are anything but normal as he works “construction worker hours” and I take care of our two elementary school aged kids, Chihuahua Mr Biggs, Pitbull Cali, and French Bulldog MooMoo. I blogged a few years ago under different names but have landed with the 365MomMe.com name this time around. The term 365MomMe comes from the idea that I’m a mom and I’m me 365 days a year. Kids call me Mommy but I see myself as MomMe.
