Thoughts on Make Over your Morning Routines

Today while I was working on my morning writing I took a moment to listen to a podcast from 3 in 30 Podcast. It was titled “Make Over your Morning Routines” and talked about the little things that can get you started on having a good day.

The surprising thing they suggested is starting the night before to organize your day. I do this weekly by posting my weekly schedule on the whiteboard attached to my fridge, but really I should be doing this nightly before I go to bed, which I’ve decided to try tonight before I go to bed.

Give it a listen and see what you can take away in 30 minutes:https://podcast.app/make-over-your-morning-routines-crystal-paine-e112299564/?utm_source=ios&utm_medium=share

I’m Patty Gordon, a 40+ year old school lunch lady married to a crane mechanic. Our days are anything but normal as he works “construction worker hours” and I take care of our two elementary school aged kids, Chihuahua Mr Biggs, Pitbull Cali, and French Bulldog MooMoo. I blogged a few years ago under different names but have landed with the 365MomMe.com name this time around. The term 365MomMe comes from the idea that I’m a mom and I’m me 365 days a year. Kids call me Mommy but I see myself as MomMe.

  1. Pattty, Its really great idea to list out things that need to be done before going to bed. I liked the idea and I will try to implement it.

We normally think of things to do but we never write down, once we start writing down it gives more flexibility to do things in order.

Thanks for sharing this amazing article😍😍
